Dr. Madelyn Douglas

Dr. Madelyn Douglas has been a Youth Director and trainer for over 35 years in the Greater Kansas City area working with youth from all walks of life. Dr. Douglas served as the Director of Residential Services of Niles Home for Children as well as other key Senior Management positions, retiring after 21 years of service. Dr. Madelyn Douglas received her Doctorate in Counseling and in Christian Education and Administration from Faith Bible College in 2000. Dr. Douglas received her Board Certification as a “Marriage and Family Christian Therapist” from the American Society of Christian Therapist in 2001. Dr. Douglas is an alumni member of the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity. Dr. Douglas was chosen as one the progressive women in the state of Missouri.
